BOOTH FOR WINDOWS

Capture starts here.

  1. Download Booth for Windows and open the installer. If Windows blocks installation, contact support or your IT administrator.
  2. Open Booth and connect your compatible camera. Choose an output folder and keep the device online for activation and cloud AI.
  3. Choose Sign in in Booth and use the same website email and password. Your account, shared credits and dashboard connect automatically. Older versions keep their existing trial and license-key activation until updated.
  4. Take a classic photo, try an AI style, then test your printer or sharing setup.

BOOTH FOR IPAD

Your iPad. Your photo booth.

  1. Install Downloads in your dashboard. The listing shows compatible devices.
  2. Allow camera access. The account sign-in update is coming soon. Check Downloads in your dashboard for availability. Existing iPad users can continue with their current setup. Keep the iPad online for sign-in and cloud AI.
  3. Choose your event and template. Test a Classic Booth photo, then an AI Studio style.
  4. Use the app’s printing and email controls for the services you’ve configured. Test a real print or delivery before the event.
KIOSK SERVER + IPAD

Connect your sharing station.

  1. Use your Kiosk receipt to find the Windows server download. Install it on your Windows host and activate your Kiosk license.
  2. Select the event photo folders to watch. Add a sample photo and confirm it appears.
  3. Configure your Windows printer. For sharing, configure the email/SMS providers you use and the applicable event pass.
  4. Install Kiosk for iPad. Connect both devices to the same local network.
  5. Scan the server’s connection QR with iPad Kiosk. Allow camera and Local Network access when prompted.
  6. Select your sample photo on the iPad. Request a print or share and check that it arrives.
If the iPad cannot find the server

Keep Windows awake and the server running. Use a network that allows the devices to communicate; isolated guest Wi-Fi may prevent this. Allow the server’s port 5000 on your private network. Confirm new event photos reach the Windows watched folder.

ACTIVATION

Older apps and Kiosk: use your receipt key.

  1. Find your license key in the receipt or My Orders.
  2. Enter it in the app’s activation screen. You do not need to reinstall to enter a paid key.
  3. If the key is rejected, check the product and any accidental spaces. Contact support with the order reference and exact error before buying again.

For device moves or activation-limit errors, contact support. Keep the full license key private.

DASHBOARD & EVENTS

Prepare your next experience.

  1. Open the your dashboard. Create an account, or sign in with your existing email and password.
  2. Verify your email and download Booth. Sign in inside the app with the same email and password. New accounts receive 400 shared credits across up to five authorized machines. No keys or pairing codes are needed.
  3. Need help with an earlier purchase? Open Account help. Older Windows and iPad versions keep their existing activation and connection method until updated.
  4. Create or open an event. Set its booth assignment and build your photo layout, artwork and event text.
  5. Save and publish while Booth is idle. Refresh or sync in the app, select the event and run a complete test.

Controls can vary by app version. If a step is missing, contact support with your version.

PRINT & SHARE

Check the path your photos take.

Windows

Select the configured printer, media size and orientation in your Windows setup. Kiosk print requests are handled by the Windows Kiosk Server.

iPad Booth

A compatible AirPrint printer can work without a PC using the app’s iOS printing controls. A USB-only printer needs a compatible print bridge or computer.

Make an actual print and check delivery for every sharing method you enable.

Build your templates

Create branded overlays and reusable layouts in the dashboard, then select the event in Booth. Keep originals of your artwork and test the final print.

KEEP CREATING

Updating an existing setup.

Close Booth and schedule updates between events. Download the Windows setup from your dashboard and run it. The same setup detects an existing Booth installation, makes a backup and preserves your settings, templates, camera bridge and event photos.

New PC? Use that same setup to install Booth, then sign in with your website email and password. For iPad apps, use App Store updates.
