Use these requirements for pre-sales qualification and event-day reliability checks.

Synapse Booth (Windows)

Minimum

  • Windows 10/11 (64-bit)
  • 8 GB RAM
  • Quad-core CPU
  • Stable internet connection

Recommended

  • Windows 11 (64-bit)
  • 16 GB RAM or higher
  • Modern 6-core+ CPU
  • SSD with at least 20 GB free space
  • No high-end GPU required for cloud workflows

Synapse Kiosk (iPad)

  • Supported iPadOS device
  • Latest Synapse Kiosk app from App Store
  • Same network as Booth for fastest transfer
  • Internet recommended for cloud features

Network & Sync Requirements

  • Use a dedicated router for event operations when possible.
  • Prefer 5 GHz Wi-Fi for iPad and booth communication.
  • Avoid guest network isolation between devices.
  • Allow outbound HTTPS traffic for licensing and cloud services.

Event-Day Checklist

  • Run complete end-to-end test before guests arrive.
  • Verify capture, generation, sharing, and print flow.
  • Keep power backup and spare cables on site.
  • Keep installer + license records accessible.
